At Star Tour & Travels, we are committed to delivering reliable and well-coordinated travel experiences. We understand that travel plans may change; however, due to operational commitments, vendor allocations, and advance scheduling, cancellations are subject to the policy outlined below.
By confirming a booking with Star Tour & Travels, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
✅ Cancellation by Traveler
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to departure:

Important Conditions
- No refunds will be issued once the tour has commenced.
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused services, voluntary early exits, or skipped sightseeing.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure and are subject to operational feasibility.
- Only one reschedule request is permitted per booking.
✅ Refund Processing Timeline
For eligible cancellations:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
Star Tour & Travels is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment providers.
✅ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point on time
- Missed departures due to guest delay
- Incorrect personal details provided at the time of booking
- Failure to present valid identification when required
- Non-compliance with travel instructions
- Misconduct or behavior that compromises safety or operations
- Voluntary cancellation during the trip
Cash / UPI / Direct Bank Transfers
Bookings made via cash deposit, UPI transfers, or direct bank payments are strictly non-refundable due to immediate vendor allocations.
(This clause is extremely important — it protects your cash flow.)
✅ Cancellation or Rescheduling by Star Tour & Travels
While we strive to operate all tours as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings under circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Road closures
- Safety concerns
- Operational emergencies
In such situations, we will offer one of the following:
👉 An alternate travel date
👉 A comparable service
👉 A refund, where applicable
Our decisions in such cases prioritize traveler safety and responsible operations.
✅ Third-Party Services
Certain travel components such as:
- Hotels
- Guides
- Monument tickets
- Activity providers
operate under independent cancellation policies.
Refund eligibility for these services will be governed by the respective provider’s terms and may differ from our standard policy.
✅ Travel Insurance (Recommended)
We strongly recommend that travelers obtain personal travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or cancellations.
Star Tour & Travels is not liable for losses arising from events outside our operational control.
✅ Force Majeure
Star Tour & Travels shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of nature, public health emergencies, transportation failures, or governmental actions.
Refund decisions in such cases will be made at the company’s discretion.
