Welcome to Star Tour & Travels. By accessing our website, making an inquiry, or booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to maintain transparency, protect all parties, and ensure a smooth and reliable travel experience.


✅ General Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
  • Prices are typically quoted per vehicle or per person, as specified in the package.
  • Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, government regulations, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Star Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services when necessary in the interest of safety and responsible operations.
  • Travelers are expected to follow instructions provided by our team, drivers, or authorized representatives to ensure smooth execution of services.

✅ Booking & Payment Policy

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance or full payment.
  • Confirmation details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or other official communication channels.
  • Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

Important:

Unless explicitly mentioned, the following are not included in package pricing:

  • Monument or attraction entry tickets
  • Meals and beverages
  • Personal shopping
  • Optional activities
  • Travel insurance

  • Entry tickets to monuments or attractions
  • Meals unless specified
  • Personal expenses
  • Insurance coverage
  • Additional services not listed in the package

Clarity on inclusions helps avoid misunderstandings at the time of travel.


✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy as outlined below:

Additional Notes:

  • No refunds will be issued once the tour has commenced.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused services or voluntary early termination of the trip.
  • Refund processing, where applicable, takes 7–10 working days.

Bookings made via cash deposit, UPI, or direct bank transfer are strictly non-refundable due to advance vendor commitments.


✅ Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is permitted only once per booking and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure.
  • Approval is subject to availability and operational conditions.
  • Star Tour & Travels does not guarantee date changes.

✅ Delays & Missed Departures

Travelers must report at the designated pickup location on time.

Star Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for:

  • Missed departures
  • Late arrivals
  • Delays caused by the traveler

No refunds or adjustments will be made in such situations.


✅ Travel Requirements & Conduct

  • Guests must carry valid government-issued identification when required.
  • Travelers are responsible for complying with local laws, monument regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Star Tour & Travels is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the journey.

Misconduct Clause:

Any behavior that endangers safety, disrupts operations, or affects other travelers may result in termination of services without refund.


✅ Health & Special Requirements

Travelers with medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special requirements should inform us at the time of booking.

  • Senior citizens, minors, or travelers requiring assistance should be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.
  • We are not liable for health-related incidents that were not disclosed in advance.

✅ Limitation of Liability

Star Tour & Travels acts as a travel service provider and shall not be held liable for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather disruptions
  • Road conditions
  • Political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation breakdowns
  • Strikes or public disturbances

We are also not responsible for:

  • Delays
  • Injuries
  • Losses
  • Additional expenses

arising from such circumstances.


✅ Third-Party Services

Certain services such as hotels, guides, activities, and transport partners operate independently.

Star Tour & Travels is not responsible for deficiencies caused by third-party providers; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving concerns.


✅ Photography & Media Consent

During tours, photographs or videos may be captured for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing before the tour.


✅ Force Majeure

Star Tour & Travels shall not be considered in breach of contract if services are affected by events beyond our control, including acts of God, pandemics, regulatory changes, or infrastructure failures.

Operational decisions in such scenarios will be final and guided by safety considerations.


✅ Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, branding, images, and design — is the property of Star Tour & Travels and may not be reproduced without written permission.


✅ Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
